Event decor

We also offer 9 decor services with 31 designs for birthdays, romantic room decor, anniversaries, kids’ parties, graduations, bridal showers, baby showers, proposals, engagements and more. Decor bookings require 2–3 days.

Corporate and bulk gifting

From staff appreciation and client gifts to corporate hampers, end-of-year gifts and bulk orders, tell us your budget and quantity and we’ll work out the right option for you — request a quote.

Ordering and delivery

How it works

Delivery across Lagos

We deliver to every one of 31 areas across Lagos, usually within 24 hours of payment. Choose your location at checkout and you’ll see the delivery fee before you place your order.

Choose your delivery date

Select the date you want your gift delivered and, where needed, choose morning, afternoon or evening. For important occasions, we recommend ordering early. Sunday delivery is currently unavailable.

Make it personal

Add a printed message card, choose the name to sign it with or send your gift anonymously. You can also ask us to keep the contents a surprise until it arrives.

Choose how we deliver

Tell us whether to call you first, contact the recipient before arrival, call only if there’s an issue or keep the entire delivery a surprise.

Sending to more than one person?

You can add multiple recipients to one order, and we’ll handle each delivery separately.

Outside Lagos?

Delivery outside Lagos may be available depending on the location and order. Message us on WhatsApp with what you’d like to send and the destination, and we’ll confirm availability.

Ordering from outside Nigeria?

You can place and pay for your order online from anywhere, while we handle the gifting and delivery here in Nigeria.

Payments

Paying is simple — and if it isn't, we'll sort it

Payments are handled securely through Paystack. You can pay by card, bank transfer, USSD or directly from your bank, and your card details are not stored by Trelluna.

Trelluna offers gift boxes, hampers, flowers, cakes, personalised gifts, surprise packages and event decoration for different occasions.

Where does Trelluna deliver?

Our main delivery area is Lagos. For deliveries outside our standard coverage, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and the delivery fee.

Can I schedule a gift or surprise for a specific date?

Yes. You can choose your preferred delivery date when ordering so your gift arrives for the occasion you are celebrating.

Can I customise or personalise my gift?

Yes. Many Trelluna gifts and surprise packages can be personalised or adjusted. Contact us if you have something specific in mind.

Does Trelluna organise surprise packages?

Yes. We create surprise packages for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding & engagement, graduation, valentine, proposals, romantic surprises and other special moments.
