Here is how to place your order, from choosing the gift to tracking its delivery.

1. Choose a gift for the recipient

Start by browsing Trelluna’s gifts. Open the product you like and check what the package includes before adding it to your cart.

· Match the gift to the person: Consider their interests, the occasion and your budget. For food gifts, check preferences and any allergies with the team before ordering.

· Review the contents: Check the listed items, size or quantity and any available options. Ask about anything that is unclear.

2. Add the gift to your cart

Select any available product options, then click Add to cart.

· Review your cart to confirm the gift, quantity and selected options.

· Add your gift message or personalisation details where requested. Check names and spelling carefully; your message will be printed as supplied.

· Once your selection is correct, proceed to checkout to complete the order details.

3. Enter your details and the recipient’s address

Your contact details help us reach you about the order. The recipient’s details tell us where to deliver it.

· Your details: Use an email address you can access and a phone number with your country code. Keep the order email address handy for tracking.

· Recipient’s details: Provide their full name, a reachable phone number and complete Lagos delivery address, including the house number, street, estate or building name and area.

· Delivery instructions: Include useful landmarks, gate access instructions and a backup contact if available. If it is a surprise, tell us; a delivery call may still be necessary.

For example, “Lekki, Lagos” alone is not enough. Add the specific street, building or house number and estate where applicable.

4. Confirm the delivery date before paying

Allow at least 24 hours after payment is confirmed for standard delivery. Personalised gifts and busy festive periods may need longer. Deliveries operate Monday–Saturday, with no Sunday delivery.

· State the full preferred delivery date and use Lagos time when discussing a delivery window.

· Make sure the recipient or a trusted person can receive the gift at that address.

· Contact us before paying if you need an urgent delivery, a particular time or a date you cannot select at checkout. Requesting a time does not confirm it.

· For an address outside Lagos, ask us to confirm availability, delivery fees and timing first.

5. Review the total and complete payment

Check the gift price and delivery fee, then follow the available Paystack payment instructions. Trelluna’s prices are in Nigerian naira, and preparation starts after payment clears.

· Paying with a foreign card? Check whether your card is supported. Your bank may convert the naira charge into your card’s currency and apply its own fees.

· Asked for a billing address? Use the address registered with your bank. For example, your UK billing address can be different from the recipient’s Lagos delivery address.

· Complete verification: Follow any authentication prompts from your bank or the payment provider.

· Debited without confirmation? Keep the payment reference and contact us before trying again, so we can check the payment status.

6. Save your confirmation and track the gift

After ordering, keep your confirmation and order number.

· Open Track your order.

· Enter your order number and the email address used for the order to check its progress.

· Stay reachable in case we need to confirm an address or delivery instruction. If you cannot find your confirmation, check your spam folder or message us for help.
