What can I order from Trelluna?
Trelluna offers gift boxes, hampers, flowers, cakes, money bouquet, personalised gifts, surprise packages and event decoration for different occasions.
You can also build your own gift box or enquire about corporate gifting and event decoration.
Where does Trelluna deliver?
We deliver across Lagos and South West Nigeria, including Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti. For destinations outside Lagos, contact us before ordering to confirm the delivery fee, timing and suitable gift options. Abuja requests are subject to confirmation.
Can I schedule a gift or surprise for a specific date?
Yes. You can choose your preferred delivery date when ordering so your gift arrives for the occasion you are celebrating.
Can I personalise a gift or build my own box?
Yes. Use Build a Gift to select your items and include a personal message. Other personalisation options depend on the product, so contact us about any specific request.
Can you help me arrange a surprise package?
Yes. Tell us about the recipient, occasion, budget and location. We’ll help you explore suitable gifts and confirm what can be arranged.
We create surprise packages for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding & engagement, graduation, valentine, proposals, romantic surprises and other special moments.
Do you offer event decoration in Lagos?
Yes. We provide décor for birthdays, proposals, anniversaries and other celebrations in Lagos. Share your venue, date and preferred style, allowing 2–3 days’ booking notice, subject to availability.
Can I send gifts to Nigeria from abroad?
Yes. You can order from abroad for someone in our Nigerian delivery areas. Share the recipient’s address, your preferred gift, message and delivery date. Contact us if you need help with payment arrangements or coordinating the surprise.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Sunday delivery is currently unavailable. Orders requested around the weekend will be arranged for the next available delivery day.
How do I choose the right gift when I don't know what to buy?
Start with three things: who you are buying for, why you are celebrating them and how much you want to spend. Standard delivery requires at least 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Personalised gifts, specially prepared items and bulk orders may need longer. Deliveries operate Monday–Saturday; confirm the timeline for destinations outside Lagos before ordering.
