These terms govern orders placed with Trelluna, operated by Trelluna Gifts & Decor, RC NUMBER: [9586736]. By ordering, you accept them. You must be 18 or over.
Orders
- Your order is an offer, not a confirmed sale. A contract forms when we send order confirmation. We may decline if an item is unavailable, we can't reach the address, or payment fails — you're refunded in full.
Prices
In Naira, [VAT included where applicable], delivery added at checkout. We won't change the price after confirmation, but we may cancel and refund an order listed at an obviously wrong price.
Payment
Taken in full at checkout via Paystack. We don't store card details. Nothing is prepared until payment clears.
Recipient details
You're responsible for their accuracy, and confirm you're entitled to share them with us. Failed deliveries caused by wrong details aren't refundable on perishables.
Gift messages
Printed as written — check spelling. We won't transmit abusive, threatening or unlawful messages, and we'll contact you if we decline one.
Products
Photographs are indicative. Flowers vary naturally in colour, size and stem count. Unavailable items are substituted with equal or greater value in similar style, unless you tell us not to.
Decor setups
You obtain the venue's permission, ensure access at the agreed time, and provide power where lights are involved. You remain responsible for damage the venue attributes to the setup unless we were negligent. Where access is refused, the booking is treated as fulfilled.
Delivery, returns and refunds

Reviews
Submitting one grants us permission to publish it with your first name. It must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove abusive content or content containing other people's personal information.
Our content
The Trelluna name, logo, photographs and designs belong to us. Don't reuse them commercially without permission.
Liability
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered, to the standard described. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the impact of a missed occasion. Our total liability per order is limited to what you paid.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that can't be limited under Nigerian law — including your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
Events outside our control
We're not liable for delays caused by severe weather, flooding, fuel scarcity, road closures, civil unrest, strikes, or power and network failures. We'll contact you to reschedule or refund.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version applying to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
